The YH automated line for refrigerator upper, middle and lower sheet-metal beams is custom-developed for refrigerator manufacturers and sheet-metal component suppliers. It integrates feeding, leveling, punching, cutting, roll forming, bending, riveting, material application, inspection and palletizing into one continuous system, reducing manual handling and repeated positioning while improving output and product consistency.

For products with different lengths, hole patterns and specifications, rapid changeover can be achieved through parameter adjustment, recipe selection, robot program switching or local tooling replacement—supporting multi-model, small-batch and mixed production.

Can YH AUTOMATION design sheet-metal processing lines for other home appliances?
Yes. Based on product structure and production requirements, we design customized lines for sheet-metal parts used in refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, air conditioners, water heaters, range hoods, dishwashers, ovens and microwave ovens.
Which processes are integrated?
A typical line integrates coil loading, leveling and feeding, punching and cutting, roll forming, end forming, right-angle bending, vibratory-bowl reinforcement feeding, reinforcement riveting, robotic palletizing and finished-part output. The sequence can be adjusted to the product.
Can one line handle different lengths, hole patterns and specifications?
Yes. Parameter recipes, robot programs and localized tooling changes support multiple models and mixed production.
How is production cycle time determined?
Cycle time is calculated from part geometry, process sequence, material, quality requirements, target output and upstream/downstream interfaces.
Can the line connect to MES and traceability systems?
Yes. PLC/HMI controls can reserve interfaces for production data, equipment status, alarms, process parameters and quality traceability.
What information is needed for a proposal and quotation?
Please provide product drawings, material and thickness, variants, required cycle time or annual capacity, quality standards, factory layout and preferred automation scope.
