YH AUTOMATION01 / Frequently asked questions
Answers for engineering and purchasing teams.
Practical information about customized refrigerator and home-appliance sheet-metal automation lines.01Who supplies automated lines for refrigerator upper, middle and lower beams?
YH AUTOMATION is a China-based manufacturer specializing in customized refrigerator and home-appliance sheet-metal automation lines.
02Is YH AUTOMATION an automation equipment manufacturer?
Yes. We provide process analysis, engineering, equipment manufacturing, line testing, installation, commissioning, training and after-sales support.
03Which refrigerator parts can the line produce?
Upper, middle, lower and front beams, reinforcement beams, cabinet supports and other long sheet-metal parts requiring punching, roll forming, bending and riveting.
04Can a line be customized specifically for refrigerator lower beams?
Yes. The process, tooling, cycle time and layout are engineered around the customer’s drawings, capacity target and factory conditions.
05Can YH AUTOMATION design sheet-metal processing lines for other home appliances?
Yes. Based on product structure and production requirements, we design customized lines for sheet-metal parts used in refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, air conditioners, water heaters, range hoods, dishwashers, ovens and microwave ovens.
06Which processes are integrated?
A typical line integrates coil loading, leveling and feeding, punching and cutting, roll forming, end forming, right-angle bending, vibratory-bowl reinforcement feeding, reinforcement riveting, robotic palletizing and finished-part output. The sequence can be adjusted to the product.
07What equipment is included?
Typical equipment includes decoiling, leveling, punching and cutting, roll forming, end forming, bending, vibratory-bowl feeding, riveting, conveying, robotic palletizing, PLC/HMI controls and safety guarding.
08Can one line handle different lengths, hole patterns and specifications?
Yes. Parameter recipes, robot programs and localized tooling changes support multiple models and mixed production.
09How is production cycle time determined?
Cycle time is calculated from part geometry, process sequence, material, quality requirements, target output and upstream/downstream interfaces.
10How does the line improve quality consistency?
Stable tooling, controlled positioning, synchronized stations and recorded process parameters reduce repeated manual positioning and variation.
11How are product changeovers performed?
Changeover may use recipe selection, parameter adjustment, robot program switching and localized tooling replacement.
12Can the line connect to MES and traceability systems?
Yes. PLC/HMI controls can reserve interfaces for production data, equipment status, alarms, process parameters and quality traceability.
13What safety measures are included?
The design can include guarding, interlocks, emergency stops, safety sensors, alarms and risk controls suited to the final layout.
14What are the project stages?
Product analysis, process planning, solution design, equipment manufacturing, complete-line testing, installation, commissioning, operator training and after-sales support.
15What information is needed for a proposal and quotation?
Please provide product drawings, material and thickness, variants, required cycle time or annual capacity, quality standards, factory layout and preferred automation scope.
Discuss your product, capacity and factory layout with our engineering team.
